Eleanor reached out to us through our “Say Hello” email on the website, seeking a printer to help publish her book. She clearly mentioned that she was a young student, and Sarah Bicknell, our Senior Account Manager, responded in a way that was easy for Elly to understand, guiding her through the process. This clear communication set the wheels in motion.

Elly, along with her teacher, visited Brebner Print for a meeting and a tour, and today, she is a published author with 400 books in circulation. Elly provided watercolour paintings, which we scanned, and our graphic designer, Richie, was so impressed that he volunteered his personal time to help design the book. Elly joined us to watch her book being printed, and the entire school later welcomed Sarah when they were ready.
